Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Unifyne collects, why we need it, where it is stored, who we share it with and how you can control it. The service is operated by [legal entity], [country].
If you have any questions about your data, write to hello@unifyne.io.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address, your name and the data Google shares when you sign in with a Google account (name, email address and account ID).
- Data from connected platforms, received through the official Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube and Telegram APIs with your permission: profile data, your posts and their counters, incoming messages for the inbox and CRM, and access tokens.
- Public data about other people's posts and accounts that anyone can see on the platform. We use it for trends, content search and video breakdowns.
- Data from the private beta form: your email address and, if you provide them, your social handle and niche.
- Technical logs: request times and URLs, IP address, browser details and errors.
2. How we use data
- To let you sign in and use your account.
- To show trends, video breakdowns, analytics, your publishing plan and incoming messages.
- To analyse texts and video transcripts and prepare suggestions for your content and replies.
- To publish to connected platforms after you confirm a post.
- To send sign-in codes and service emails.
- To invite you to the beta if you left your email in the form.
- To find and fix errors and protect the service from abuse.
We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising. We do not store follower lists, whether for your accounts or anyone else's.
3. Data from Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms
We use data received through the APIs of Meta (Instagram, Threads), Google (YouTube and Google sign-in), TikTok and Telegram only for features you see in Unifyne, and in line with the rules of those platforms.
Unifyne's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke Unifyne's access on the platform side at any time. The Data Deletion page explains how.
