Data Deletion

1. How to delete your account and data

Email hello@unifyne.io from the address linked to your account, with “Data deletion” in the subject line. We will delete your account and data within [N] days and confirm by replying to your email.

There is no delete-account button in the app yet, so deletion is handled by email.

2. What gets deleted

• account data: email, name and Google sign-in data;
• connected platforms and their access tokens;
• data received from platforms: profile, posts and their counters;
• incoming messages and CRM records;
• materials created in the service and your publishing plan.

Any data the law requires us to keep longer is kept for the legally required period and deleted after that.

3. How to disconnect a platform

You can disconnect the Telegram inbox in the app itself: go to Inbox, open the connection screen and press Disconnect.

For Instagram, Threads, TikTok and YouTube, there is no disconnect button in the app yet. To disconnect one of them, email us at hello@unifyne.io or revoke access on the platform side as described below.

4. How to revoke access on the platform side

• Instagram, Threads and Facebook (Meta): open Apps and Websites in your account settings and remove Unifyne.
• Google and YouTube: open Third-party apps and services in your Google Account settings and remove Unifyne's access.
• TikTok: open the app permissions section (Manage app permissions) in your account settings and remove Unifyne.

Once access is revoked, Unifyne no longer receives new data from that platform. To delete data already received, email us as described in the first section.

5. Email from the beta form

To delete the email you left in the private beta form, write to hello@unifyne.io from that address with “Data deletion” in the subject line. We will delete it within [N] days.
